Remi provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers customer messages, books appointments, sends reminders, and collects reviews on behalf of your business over SMS and WhatsApp. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Numbers we provide. If Remi provisions a phone number for your business, that number is leased from our telecom provider and remains the property of Remi and its carriers. You may use it for as long as your subscription is active.
If you cancel. When your subscription ends, Remi stops answering messages immediately. We hold your provisioned number in reserve for 30 days after cancellation — if you resubscribe within that window, you keep your number. After 30 days the number is released and may be reassigned by the carrier. Released numbers usually cannot be recovered, so update any published listings before the window closes.
Numbers you bring. If you connect your own WhatsApp number, it remains yours at all times. Cancelling simply disconnects Remi from it; we never hold or release a number you own.
Remi is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, with a 7-day free trial for new accounts. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Remi uses artificial intelligence to respond to your customers. AI responses can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the information in your business profile (hours, services, pricing, FAQs), for monitoring conversations in your dashboard, and for honoring appointments Remi books on your behalf. Remi is not liable for losses arising from AI-generated replies.
You may only use Remi to message customers who have contacted your business or consented to receive messages. You agree to comply with applicable messaging laws and carrier rules (including TCPA and WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies). We may suspend accounts used for spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
Your conversations, bookings, and business profile belong to you. We store them to provide the service and do not sell them. Message content is processed by our AI and messaging providers (Google, Twilio, Meta) solely to deliver the service. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remi's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost bookings or lost revenue.
